ACTIVE Launch Phoenix v5

15 Delegates Attend Phoenix v5 Launch

ACTIVE recently celebrated the launch of Phoenix v5, produced in direct response to customer feedback, at an event in Reading, Berkshire with 15 delegates from Fire and Rescue Services across the UK.

Phoenix users can now benefit from:
- Instantly optimising resource deployment during an emergency
- Run many different simulations within seconds
- Provide a clear audit trail to justify actions taken during an event
- Identify low level and risk stations (LLARS) and plan accordingly
- Model each type of vehicle and what type of incidents should be their priority

This session also included presentations on the latest Total Solution Mapping (TSM) upgrade and how to improve the effectiveness of Home Fire Risk Checks, as described in the recent Greenstreet Berman report.

Constantly adapting to the requirements of Fire and Rescue services, ACTIVE remains committed to providing them with the right tools for the job.  Throughout the day delegates had the opportunity to discuss the potential of the new version for their Service, along with networking with colleagues across the industry.

The day culminated in an exciting Go Karting endurance challenge which was won by Michael Rogers, an FSEC Administrator from Warwickshire Fire and Rescue Service.
