ACTIVE Welcomes Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service

Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service has recently become ACTIVE’s 35th UK Fire and Rescue Service client. They have purchased TSM and Phoenix along with Mosaic lifestyle data at household level to provide advanced IRMP tools and information which is difficult or impossible to obtain at the moment. This three year contract was won through competitive tender and training and implementation will be happening imminently.

Suffolk required advanced risk information through a system which is fast, easy to use and proven in the market. ACTIVE’s tender also included Mosaic lifestyle data. ACTIVE took Mosaic lifestyle data to its first Fire Service client back in 1999 and since then our tools have been developed to best leverage this data and ensure that prevention activities are targeted and tailored to those pockets of the population that need them most.
