ACTIVE Reviews Resources Deployment

East Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust (EMAS) has taken advantage of ACTIVE's excellent consultancy service. EMAS commissioned ACTIVE to perform a review of their deployment of resources for the whole of the trust. This will ensure that their resources are in the correct position to meet the demand of the trust. By ensuring this, it will mean that ambulances will be more efficient in responding to incidents in order to improve their performance to maintain the national performance standards of reaching 75% of Category A calls within eight minutes and 95% of Category B calls within 19 minutes.
